EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
You will oversee and coordinate projects within Severn Trent Service’s Acquisition Framework and Growth Plan, providing business change deliverables, project planning, and reporting activities.
You will be directly responsible for the delivery of assigned projects and work-streams throughout the project lifecycle.
Some of your responsibilities include:
* Project Planning & Management: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution. Capture lessons learned.
* Stakeholder Coordination: Engage with clients, legal teams, financial advisors, and project sponsors to ensure alignment and smooth progression. Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
* Project Governance: Manage governance structures, define activities to meet quality, time, and cost criteria. Prepare reports for progress, risks, and issues for senior stakeholders.
* Integration Planning: Oversee integration of acquired entities to ensure seamless transitions and realization of synergies.
* Presentation Skills: Communicate and engage stakeholders at all levels, adjusting messages appropriately.
* Travel: Willingness to travel and work at various sites across Severn Trent Services.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
Proven experience leading acquisition or business change projects, with strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to identify benefits, plan delivery, and coach/train others. Hold a full UK driving license as travel is required.
