Part-Time Private/Business PA - Twickenham, London | Hybrid Working

£33,000 for 3 Days Per Week - Only one afternoon req in Twickenham a week

Working Pattern:

• Permanent, part-time position

• Three days per week

• Monday morning working remotely

• Monday afternoon based at the principal's home in Twickenham

• Tuesday and Thursday working remotely

• Flexible working hours of either 8:00am–4:00pm or 9:00am–5:00pm

A highly successful entrepreneur is seeking an experienced and proactive Private & Executive Assistant to provide seamless support across both business and personal commitments.

This is a rare opportunity for an organised and resourceful PA/EA to join a long-term arrangement, becoming a trusted right-hand support in a role that combines executive assistance with private household and family administration.

Offering genuine flexibility and a predominantly remote working model, this position would suit someone looking for a varied and rewarding part-time role where they can make a real impact.

All PAs applying must have strong IT skills, particularly Xero and Excel experience and ideally knowledge of the project management tools Trello or Monday.

The Role

You will be responsible for ensuring both professional and personal affairs are managed efficiently and proactively, allowing the principal to focus on strategic business priorities and family life.

This role requires someone who can confidently manage multiple responsibilities, anticipate needs and take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities

•Managing a complex and ever-changing business calendar.

• Strong IT skills, particularly Xero and Excel experience and ideally knowledge of the project management tools Trello or Monday.

•Organising UK and international travel arrangements

•Inbox management and email correspondence

•Responding to client enquiries and maintaining professional communications

•Tracking projects, deadlines and business priorities

•Assisting with financial administration and cash flow reporting

•Supporting accounting processes and management reporting

•Providing comprehensive executive support across multiple business activities

Private PA Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating a busy family diary

• Organising children's activities, lessons, sporting commitments and social events

• Coordinating birthday celebrations, gift purchases and family occasions

• Scheduling appointments and personal commitments

• Providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure family life runs smoothlyPrivate PA Responsibilities
