Job Title: Production Operative (Temporary)Location: BanburyPay Rate: £12.85 per hourWorking Hours: Monday to Friday – either 9:00am to 2:00pm or 10:00am to 3:00pmWe are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy Banbury-based company on a temporary contract. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced production environment with consistent weekday hours.The role offers either a 9:00am – 2:00pm or 10:00am – 3:00pm shift, Monday to Friday. Candidates must be willing to be flexible with working hours, as shifts may increase during busy periods.Key Responsibilities:
o Loading and unloading heavy materials
o Order picking with a high level of accuracy
o Carrying out quality control checks
o Supporting general production duties as required
o Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
o Previous order picking experience
o Excellent attention to detail
o Physically fit and able to carry out heavy, repetitive lifting
o Flexible and willing to assist with a variety of duties within the Production department
o Reliable with a strong work ethic
