VARS Technology is a fast-growing, dynamic technology company that works closely with clients and engineers daily. As our client base continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated 1st Line Support to join our team. you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, helping to diagnose and resolve technical issues while delivering exceptional customer service. You'll also work alongside engineers and third-party installers to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Provide Support and assistance to our clients and engineers via phone and email.
Key Responsibilities
o Raise and distribute jobs to engineers.
o Provide remote preventative support.
o Keep the inhouse software up to date with detailed changes.
o Become one of the inhouse IT support engineers.
Desirable Skills
o Minimum of 2 years' experience supporting desktops and servers.
o MS Office Products Word / Excel / Outlook

What We're Looking For
* Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT support role
* Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems (updates, Crons, Remote Access)
* Solid understanding of networking basics (DHCP, DNS, switches, routers)
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* A proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
