About the Role:
As a KS1 Teacher, you ll be instrumental in delivering an enriched and inclusive curriculum, tailored to inspire learners aged 5-7. You ll work in a nurturing environment that values innovation, wellbeing, and collaboration, helping pupils develop strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons aligned with the Key Stage 1 National Curriculum
* Track and assess pupil progress, using data to inform responsive teaching
* Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture that promotes emotional resilience and social development
* Collaborate closely with teaching colleagues, support staff, and families to drive pupil success
* Uphold high standards of safeguarding, wellbeing, and classroom management
What We re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (or EYFS/KS2 crossover experience)
* A solid understanding of the KS1 curriculum and a toolkit of evidence-based teaching strategies
* Strong communication and classroom management skills
* A growth mindset and a genuine passion for supporting children at the start of their learning journey
