We are seeking to enhance our current team in Aberdeen by hiring an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE). Your primary responsibilities will include: Offering comprehensive support to active residential conveyancing team. Ensuring consistent and top-notch client service through regular client interactions. Drafting and revising legal documents. Managing all aspects of the conveyancing process, including property purchases, sales, re-mortgages, title transfers, and discharges. Qualifications and experience required: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Extensive knowledge of all facets of residential conveyancing. Aptitude for building relationships and actively pursuing new business opportunities. A minimum of 3 years of PQE. Self-motivated and proactive.
