Combining sustainable practices with a pride and passion for the tradition of ‘scratch baking’, Lottie Shaw’s continues to bake award-winning seriously good treats with the authentic taste of Yorkshire home baking.
Since April 2024 Lottie Shaw’s has joined the Jacksons’ and William Jackson Food Group’s family, bringing two family-run, Yorkshire businesses together. It’s an exciting time to join our craft bakery!
Job Summary
A fantastic new opportunity have arisen for a Senior Ecommerce Manager to join our team
This role is part of the Lottie Shaw’s Business Unit. The role is accountable for the creation and execution of the ecommerce strategy, for driving sales and profitability, and for optimising customer experience. This role will lead the ecommerce manager and key agency partners.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
* Develop and execute the digital and ecommerce strategy for the Lottie Shaw’s brand.
* Deliver the annual ecommerce sales and profitability performance in line with targets set.
* Accountable for the D2C and Trade website trading performance, focusing on acquisition, conversion rate optimization (CRO), lifetime value (LTV),average order value (AOV), and customer satisfaction
* Oversee the commercial relationship and development of 3rd party ecommerce platforms, such as Not on the High Street, Yumbles, Etsy etc. Identifying any new channel opportunities relevant.
* Execute CRM, SEO, PPC & social media strategies, working closely with agency partners
* Lead the program of website funnel testing, optimising the customer journey at each touchpoint.
* Monitor commercial performance, analyse KPIs, and recommend actionable insights to drive growth.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, operations and finance to maximise website effectiveness.
* Manage key agency relationships ensuring they are an extension to the team, with clear alignment and progress tracking against set KPIs.
* Overall management of the digital budget; monitoring and controlling expenditure.
* Be the internal digital expert, championing the platforms and key performance metrics with the main stakeholders.
