What You’ll Be Doing

• Running your own section and delivering brilliant service with confidence
• Creating a warm, fun and welcoming atmosphere for every guest
• Taking food and drink orders and confidently talking through menus and beverages
• Supporting the wider Food & Beverage team across restaurant, bar and events
• Helping maintain high standards throughout service
• Working closely with supervisors and managers to keep everything running smoothly
• Bringing positive energy, personality and teamwork to every shift
• Sharing ideas and helping us continuously improve the guest experience

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for people who are:

• Friendly, outgoing and naturally great with people
• Passionate about hospitality and delivering amazing service
• Calm under pressure and able to thrive in a busy environment
• Team players with a positive, can‑do attitude
• Well presented with strong communication skills
• Keen to learn, grow and be part of something exciting

Previous Food & Beverage experience is helpful – but personality, attitude and enthusiasm matter just as much.
