The role
An exciting opportunity for an experienced negotiator to join our successful Estate Agency team in Kensington. This role is ideal for a self-starting, highly motivated individual seeking a challenging career opportunity.
Responsibilities
* Achieve personal financial targets and budgets, maximize gross profit
* Ensure delivery of timely, high-quality advice and transactions to clients
* Meet with clients and assess their needs
* Manage the team, set, and meet objectives
* Register and manage applicants
* Arrange and attend property viewings
* Canvass for new business opportunities
* Explain building issues and regulations to clients
* Respond to queries via email and phone
* Liaise with solicitors
* Ensure successful delivery of assignments within area of expertise
* Act as a high-profile ambassador for Strutt and Parker / BNP Paribas Real Estate
* Undertake business planning aligned with company goals
* Bill regularly and collect fees promptly
* Forecast fees accurately
* Develop initiatives to improve revenue and profitability
* Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
Experience
* Previous experience in the PCL sales market
* Excellent telephone and client-facing skills
* Proven track record in the local residential sector
* Fee earning capability
* Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
* Market knowledge relevant to the role
