Responsibilities
* Team Leadership: Supervising staff during shifts, delegating tasks, and providing guidance and support.
* Customer Service: Ensuring excellent customer experiences by handling queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
* Operational Oversight: Managing stock levels, placing orders, and ensuring the café is clean, safe, and well-presented.
* Training & Development: Supporting onboarding and training of new team members, especially in service standards and product knowledge.
* Cash Handling: Overseeing till operations, reconciling cash, and ensuring financial accuracy.
* Compliance: Ensuring health & safety, food hygiene, and company policies are followed at all times.
* Previous experience in a café, hospitality, or retail environment
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
* Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
* A proactive and positive attitude
