Overview
The Head2Head team is looking for a Band 6 clinician to join our well-established CAMHS Multi‑Disciplinary team. We employ an assertive outreach model to provide mental health assessment and intervention to young people.
Patient Group
* Early Onset Psychosis / At‑risk mental state
* Co‑existing substance use needs
* Harmful sexual behaviour
Responsibilities
* Work as part of the Multi‑Disciplinary team.
* Act as Care Coordinator for an identified caseload of young people.
* Skilfully engage young people and their families.
* Confidently and independently carry out mental health and risk assessments.
* Devise plans of care and offer a range of interventions within a community setting.
Requirements
* Band 6 clinician with relevant mental health experience.
* Valid UK driving licence and vehicle for business use.
* Willingness to undertake a DBS check (cost £26.40 standard or £54.40 enhanced, deducted from salary over first 2 months).
