About The Role
We're looking for a
Leasing Associate
to take ownership of leasing across a portfolio of 7–8 buildings (~400–450 apartment units). These include micro-units and workforce housing—well-located, desirable, and easy to lease.
You'll become the face of our communities to prospective tenants and a key contributor to our growth and success.
Schedule:
Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday-Thursday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

What You'll Do
* Respond to leads and conduct tours across multiple sites
* Craft compelling property narratives and develop marketing strategies
* Manage social media campaigns and online listings
* Build rapport with prospective residents and close leases
* Coordinate move-ins and follow-ups
* Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and the broader leasing team
* Use tools and data to track performance and improve outcomes
What You Bring
* 2–4+ years of experience in leasing, sales, real estate, or a customer-facing role
* Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
* A professional, can-do attitude and the ability to self-manage your time and priorities
* Comfort with data, digital tools, and multitasking across locations
* A desire to grow your career in real estate and learn from experienced mentors
* Bonus points if you've used AppFolio or other leasing/PM software
Compensation & Benefits
* Hourly Pay: $24-26 per hour (DOE)
