Redbridge, LondonM1 – M6 (£36,413 – £48,532 Outer London pay scale, depending on experience)Start Date: September 2026Full Time - Permanent

We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative and committed Year 5 Class Teacher to join our friendly and inclusive primary school in the London Borough of London Borough of Redbridge for a September 2026 start. This is an exciting opportunity for an inspiring teacher to become part of a supportive team dedicated to ensuring every child achieves their full potential.

The Role

The successful candidate will:

• Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons for a Year 5 class
• Create a positive and stimulating learning environment
• Support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and the wider school community
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement
• Contribute positively to the wider life of the school

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Has experience teaching in Key Stage 2
• Demonstrates excellent classroom practice and strong behaviour management
• Is passionate about raising standards and improving outcomes for all pupils
• Has strong communication and organisational skills
• Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
