Year 4 Teacher (Part-Time) School: St Michael’s Role: Year 4 Teacher Contract: Part-time (2 days per week – Thursday & Friday ) Start Date: January 2026 End Date: July 2026 Job Description: St Michael’s is seeking a dedicated and experienced Year 4 Teacher to join our team on a part-time basis. This role carries full teaching responsibilities and is ideal for a teacher who is passionate about delivering high-quality learning in Key Stage 2. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum Assess, track, and report on pupil progress Manage classroom behaviour effectively Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure continuity of learning Attend relevant meetings and contribute to school life as required Essential Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (Year 4 preferred) Strong classroom management skills Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing Vetting & Compliance: All vetting and safeguarding checks will be carried out through Teaching Personnel.
