Hours: 37.5 per week | Shifts between 8am-6pm | Around 1 Saturday/month & 1 bank holiday/year

We're seeking a friendly, tech-savvy Digital Customer Support Agent to provide top-notch service through live chat, email, WhatsApp, SMS, and social media messaging. You'll assist customers with loan applications, manage open accounts, and deliver personalised support tailored to individual needs.
What you'll do:
Communicate with customers via multiple digital channels
Guide loan applicants through document submissions
Manage loan accounts and support repayment plans
Identify and act on signs of vulnerability or fraud
