A rare opportunity has become available for a talented Head Chocolatier to lead and develop a luxury chocolate and dessert offering within a brand-new, ultra-exclusive hotel in Antigua.
This role is ideal for a creative and technically strong chocolatier who takes pride in craftsmanship, presentation and innovation. You’ll be responsible for creating a refined chocolate programme—from signature bonbons and petits fours to plated desserts—tailored to an international, high-end clientele.

What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience as a Head Chocolatier or senior chocolatier within luxury hotels, fine dining or high-end patisserie
• Strong technical skills in artisan chocolate, bonbons, showpieces and petits fours
• Experience working within five-star or fine dining environments
• A creative mindset with strong attention to detail and presentation
• Ability to lead, train and inspire a small team
• Passion for high-quality ingredients and refined techniques
• Willingness to relocate to Antigua
