At Thrive Tribe we deliver award-winning healthy lifestyle and wellbeing programmes that make people happier and healthier We're looking for an Awm practitioner/ engagement officer to join our Gloji Brighton & Hove service. At Gloji B&H we deliver Tier 2 weight management programs across the city .

Like all roles at Thrive Tribe, you can expect your time at work to be fun, varied and challenging. We don't like to stick to a firm JD as we know from experience that things change throughout the lifetime of a role and it gives our people the chance to play to their strengths.

A typical day as an AWM practitioner / Engagement officer might include :

* Delivering our program to groups of clients across the city and associated admin

* Supporting our clients 1-2-1 with queries and follow ups

* Attending community events to promote the service across the city

* Working with colleagues to support the service needs for delivery and engagement

* developing social media content

* Working with colleagues across all of our Thrive Tribe services to contribute to new projects and service developments – we're always looking to share knowledge and resources

* Ensuring due consideration is given to our Safeguarding, Information Governance and Clinical Governance policies and procedures. To ensure safer recruitment and safeguarding for all we adopt pre-employment processes, including DBS checks.

* Helping us maintain the ethos of Thrive Tribe by driving our organisational culture forward across our services and using every opportunity to embed our values

To work with us in this role you will need to have good communication skills, experience in group delivery is desirable and a basic knowledge of health and wellbeing. Contract:  Permanent 2 days a week one of which to be Monday afternoon & evening other to be agreed

Salary: £23,810 FTE (pro rata 2 days £9,524)
