We’re looking for a Yard Assistant to join our busy and friendly team at Lloyd Ltd Newcastle.
Responsibilities
* Assisting with the organisation and maintenance of the yard, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
* Valeting a range of machinery and equipment for our customers.
* Assisting with collections and deliveries of machinery.
* Supporting the workshop and parts departments with moving machinery and components as required.
* Assisting with stock control and general yard duties.
* Providing excellent customer service when interacting with customers on‑site.
Qualifications
* Has previous experience in a yard environment or with machinery.
* Works well as part of a team but can also use their own initiative.
* Is organised and able to manage a varied workload.
* Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
* Holds a full UK driving licence.

Location
Based at Lloyd Ltd Newcastle (Ponteland Road, Throckley, Newcastle Upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear, NE15 9EP).
Hours
39 hours per week (Monday to Friday), with additional overtime available.
