Location: Longridge Road, Preston, with nationwide travel
Hours: 30 hours per week, flexible over 7 days
Salary: Above minimum wage
The Business:
Global Ardour Recycling is a family‑run business driven by a strong commitment to sustainability, integrity, innovation, and community. Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and we strive to create a supportive, inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued, regardless of their background.
We are proud of our longstanding partnership with the Recycling Lives Charity, which reflects our values and passion for making a meaningful impact. This collaboration goes beyond financial support; it shapes how we operate daily, from reducing food waste to improving employability opportunities and supporting reintegration into society.
The role:
We’re looking for someone creative, confident and full of ideas to help bring Global Ardour Recycling and Raw2k to life online.
If you enjoy making videos, jumping on trends, coming up with fun content ideas and you’re happy being in front of the camera, this could be the perfect role for you. It’s a great fit for a recent graduate who wants to get stuck into real hands‑on content creation and build a career in social media.
You’ll be travelling between our nationwide sites, meeting different teams, filming what’s going on, and turning everyday moments into engaging posts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create fun and engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
* Film and edit videos, Reels and behind‑the‑scenes clips for both brands
* Feel comfortable appearing on camera for voiceovers, short videos and trend‑style content
* Spot relevant trends and find ways to adapt them for our brands
* Capture day‑to‑day activity on site: staff, vehicles, recycling processes and events
* Help plan and manage our content calendar
* Travel between locations when needed and stay overnight if required
* Engage with followers, reply to comments and help build an active online community
* Keep an eye on basic analytics to see what’s working
The ideal candidate:
Someone who’s naturally creative, confident with a camera, and excited to get involved. You don’t need years of experience, just enthusiasm, ideas and a willingness to learn.
* Full UK driving licence
* Happy to travel and stay overnight when needed
* Confident being on camera
* Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram and social trends
* Able to film and edit short videos
* Creative eye for visuals and storytelling
* Good organisational skills
* Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe or similar tools
* Any previous content creation (uni projects, personal accounts, freelance, etc.)
* Interest in sustainability, recycling, cars or anything related
We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/belief, sexual orientation or age.
Health, safety and wellbeing are our priority and as such all roles are subject to pre and post employment drug testing.
