Our client are looking for an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join their team on a full time basis.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Developing personalised treatment plans based on assessment findings, incorporating manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, modalities/equipment, and other appropriate interventions.
Providing hands-on treatment and guidance to clients, emphasising active participation and self-management strategies.
Conducting thorough assessments of clients' physical conditions, including medical history, SOAP notes, range of motion, strength, and functional abilities, etc.
Monitoring clients' progress closely, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimise outcomes.
Providing leadership and guidance to junior physiotherapy staff, including mentoring, training, and clinical supervision.
Qualifications and skills:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with a strong background in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
Chartered Physiotherapist status with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans, tailored to individual client needs and goals.
Strong leadership abilities, with experience in mentoring and supervising junior staff members.
