An exciting opportunity to be a part of a family-run Pizzeria that opened in Eddington late 2024. We are looking for a pizza chef who can bring their passion and knowledge and would love to be a part of this exciting journey.
Owned and loved by a southern Italian family, we are passionate about bringing authentic Italian pizzas to our local community. Our founders are specialists in Napoletana STG and contemporanea pizza and are looking for a person who shares the same interests whilst also happy to bring their own individual flare into the team.
You will take care of:
· processing the dough and managing its life cycle
· producing the loaves, rolling them out and seasoning the pizzas
· managing the service
· managing warehouse supply
· ensure that the counter, kitchen utensils and oven is clean
What we offer you:
· salary commensurate with experience and abilities, start from 30k to 40K per annum
· contract of 42.5 hours per week, 5 days on and 2 days off

· previous experience desired, but also open to meet talented people with a good attitude
· knowledge of culinary cooking techniques and the basics of Pizza making
· excellent manual skills, organisation and speed
· knowledge of hygiene and safety requirements

· able to work independently and in a team
· desire to get involved
