<div><h3>Practice Nurse (Maternity Cover, Fixed Term)</h3><p>We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and highly motivated Full or Part Time <b>Practice Nurse</b> to join our supportive nursing team on a <b>fixed-term basis</b> to cover maternity leave. The role is ideal for someone who is passionate about patient care and proactive in improving quality within a Primary Care setting.</p><h3>Main duties of the job</h3><p>The successful applicant must:</p><ul><li>Hold more than one academic Level 6 diploma or postgraduate certification in long-term conditions care and/or public health initiatives.</li><li>Demonstrable experience in leading long-term conditions management and quality improvement.</li><li>Is registered with the NMC and maintains revalidation in line with NMC requirements; and is working at Registered Nurse Level Practice as described in the Primary Care and General Practice Nursing Career and Core Capabilities Framework.</li><li>Provide and maintain our high standards of nursing care.</li><li>Duties will include all tasks normally undertaken by an experienced Practice Nurse and any additional roles agreed between the nurse and the doctors as appropriate, having regard to current training.</li></ul><h3>About us</h3><p>We are a dynamic Training practice with over 11,000 patients, boasting an expanding multidisciplinary team, incredibly supportive nursing, management and administrative team and based in recently refurbished premises in Sheffield Centre.</p><p>Consistently voted in the top of Sheffields GP practices for patient care.
