Your new role
As the Receptionist Administrator, you will act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a friendly, efficient, and professional reception service at all times. You will manage iing calls, maintain building access and telephony systems, oversee meeting room and equipment bookings, and ensure the reception area remains safe and presentable. You will also support wider site operations through general administrative tasks, assist with localmunications, and contribute to safety and emergency procedures. This role offers varied responsibilities and the opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive team.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A minimum of 4 GCSEs or equivalent
2. A minimum of one years reception/administrative experience
3. Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
4. Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills
5. Confidence using telephony systems and basic office technology
6. A proactive, reliable, and calm approach, even during busy periods
