We are currently hiring a Customer Service Specialist, based in Cheltenham, for our subsidiary Bucci Industries UK Limited. Your mission You will support the local sales team by managing the full order lifecycle of bar feeders and spare parts, ensuring CRM accuracy, customer communication, coordination with HQ (Italy), and smooth logistics operations. Key Responsibilities Process customer orders and enter technical/commercial data into the CRM (Salesforce) Manage communication with customers regarding order status and delivery timelines Coordinate with HQ and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries Support the service department Your profile Experience in order management, sales administration or logistics Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP preferred) Strong organizational and communication skills Proactive, customer-focused, and team-oriented Valid authorization to work in the United Kingdom is required
