Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate a large team to put their best foot forward, including line‑management responsibility for the branch team.
* Take full responsibility for all sales, operations, resource and customer service within the branch to ensure we hit daily sales targets and operational KPIs.
* Engage daily in HR, performance management, succession planning and recruitment – our people are our most valuable asset.
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and branch standards, leading from the front to drive a safety‑first culture.
* Actively demonstrate behaviour in line with our Company core values.
* Promote a customer‑focused mindset within the branch.
* Work collaboratively with our field‑based teams to maximize customer opportunity.
* Average of 46 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8am–6pm and alternate Saturdays from 8am–4pm.
