Supply Desk are seeking outreach support workers for an SEND school in New Forest.
Starting from October 2025
Hours: Full time – Morning – afternoon shifts or afternoon until night shifts
Pay: up to £13 per hour
Responsibilities
* Desire to support children with additional needs with day to day activities
* No personal care required
* Supporting children in the classroom to thrive both academically, socially and personally
* Be caring, empathetic, confident and firm
* Liaise closely with Teaching Assistants, Teachers and SENCos
* Full time role with the opportunity of a permanent contract
* Location: New Forest
* Start Date: October 2025
* Contract Length: Long Term – Potential to become permanent
* Hours: Shift hours
* You MUST have a car to apply for this role
Individual Profile
* A nurturing and caring nature
* GCSE Maths and English to A- C grade
* Experience of working with additional needs (desirable)
* Passionate, enthusiastic and resilient individual
* Adaptable and sensitive when dealing with challenging situations
* First Aid trained or be willing to be trained
* Have access to your own car with a clean driving license
