The Incentives Trainee Recruitment Consultant
* 27.5k base with an increase to 30k once promoted
* Extra potential 3k up for grabs during your first 6 months before youre on min commission structure
* Promotion within 6 months and then on main commission structure of 40% with no threshold
* One on one training from top billers who are billing over a million
* Work from home is target based bill a certain amount of revenue each month and youll get 1-2 days WFH
* OTE year 1 45k+, year 2 70k+, year 3 100k+
* Client meetings with the company card twice a week drinks / lunches / coffees
