Key duties of the role:
1. Lead, motivate, and develop the parts department team to ensure peak performance
2. Manage inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce discrepancies
3. Oversee receipt, interpretation, and efficient dispatch of parts to retail, trade, and workshop customers
4. Conduct regular stock audits, reconcile stock variances, and maintain accurate transactional records
