We are seeking a Care Manager for one of the South's leading domiciliary care providers to cover Bath. They will offer:

The Care Manager role
As Care Manager you will have overall responsibility for the day to day running of the office. This will also include:
* Manage and Lead, following CQC Guidelines and maintain compliance
* Conducting assessments and updating care plans
* Ensuring that the care provided is of highest quality and meets care needs
* Take a lead in promoting the expansion of services
What we need:
* Managerial Experience within the care sector
* Good knowledge of CQC fundamental standards
* UK driving license
* Excellent communication skills
* A passion for supporting older people within the community
* A NVQ level 5 or willing to work towards one
