In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing a full shared service activity that delivers "end to end" administration for vacancies. You will handle new starter contracts, internal appointment letters, and manage the entire pre-employment check process, ensuring new hires are set up efficiently in SAP. Your day will involve creating position numbers, responding to recruitment queries, checking and verifying all documentation, and managing the recruitment inbox. You'll ensure every candidate's file is complete, coordinate offers and contract completion, liaise with new employees to arrange start dates, and maintain strong communication from offer acceptance through induction and onboarding. Your attention to detail will support the thorough referencing process and help facilitate a seamless experience for every new team member.

We are looking for a methodical and adaptable team player with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, ideally with prior experience in HR or recruitment. Your ability to produce reports in Excel, manage collaborative relationships, and support projects relating to new activities within the resourcing team will be crucial. You will be expected to respond to all requests for information in a timely, professional manner, always adhering to best practice and legislative requirements.
