Key Responsibilities

* Provide expert consultation to clients, offering customised recruitment solutions tailored to their specific requirements.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
* Collaborate with the recruitment team to optimise candidate sourcing and placement processes.
* Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to stay informed and adapt strategies accordingly.
* Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients, demonstrating the value of our services.
* Track and analyse performance metrics to measure the success of business initiatives.


Qualifications and Skills

* Proven experience in business development, preferably within the recruitment or HR sector.
* Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close sales effectively.
* Strong understanding of recruitment processes and industry best practices.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Self-driven with a strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset.
* Proficiency in using CRM software to manage client relationships and sales pipelines.
* Adept at using digital tools and platforms for outreach and marketing.
* Reliable internet connection, personal laptop, and conducive workspace for remote work.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
