Location: Staffordshire
Pay rate: £55,000–£65,000 per annum (including car allowance)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Full Time

About the Role:
Own month-end management accounts and commentary for senior leaders
Lead budget setting and quarterly forecasting cycles
Partner with HR on salary reviews and bonus frameworks
Advise leadership on financial strategy and risk management
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and support treasury management
Oversee financial statements, reporting, and compliance
Support strategic decision-making and performance reviews
Mentor and develop junior finance team members
Maintain and enhance financial systems, policies, and procedures
Who You Are:
ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with 3–5 years PQE
Technically strong and commercially minded
Skilled in leading or mentoring within small teams
Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
Strategic, solution-oriented, and confident in driving improvement
Collaborative, credible, and passionate about business growth
