Purpose of your role:
* You will represent Dee Set as the UK's leading provider of end-to-end retail solutions.
* Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
* Ensure profitable growth of existing business and develop new business opportunities.
* Ensure that our customer's needs and expectations are always met.
Key Objectives & Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of accounts with major national retailers and their suppliers.
* Provide excellent customer service at all times.
* Broker successful transition of new business into ongoing work.
* Recommend process improvements based on customer requirements.
* Develop new opportunities into commercial propositions.
* Monitor and deliver sales and profitability KPIs.
Responsibilities of the role:
* Identify opportunities for value-added services, tailored to retailer solutions.
* Develop and present business propositions to customers.
* Confirm and liaise on briefs with customers to identify current and future needs.
* Ensure all customer briefs are invoiced and tracked properly.
* Own and grow all commercial aspects related to your accounts.
* Coordinate with internal support functions to meet customer requirements.
* Identify operational improvements and support their implementation.
* Collaborate with line manager on business development.
* Encourage feedback for continuous improvement.
* Provide regular account performance reports.
Skills/Experience Required:
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
* Customer-focused with a consultative approach.
* Ability to build trust and develop lasting relationships.
* Proactive attitude with drive and tenacity.
* Understanding of customer needs and solution development.
* Financial awareness and ability to work with budgets.
* Experience with major retailers or account management preferred.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of operating at a senior level.
