Pertemps is currently working with a Financial Services-based company that is looking to expand its team.
Working within the Vulnerable Customer's department, you will be an essential part of the business, providing guidance and advice to customers who need extra support. This role is well suited for individuals with a caring and empathetic nature. It offers a great opportunity for those currently working in Care or Nursery environments and seeking a career change.
Salary: £25,000 per annum
* Hybrid working: 3 days in our Kilmarnock office and 2 days working at home (after 3 months)
* Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday, Shift Pattern 8-4 or 9-5)
* Holidays: 28 days (increasing to 31 days after 5 years)
* Pension: 5% employee and minimum 4% employer contributions
* Life Assurance: 3 times the annual salary

As a Vulnerable Customer Care Advisor, your responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers during their time of need. You will receive comprehensive training to develop the necessary skills. Once trained, you will work within a Voice team and be a valued member of the wider Collections team.
