Qualifications & Experience
* Qualified, registered Social Worker (Social Work England).
* 2–3 years experience in adult social care with a proven track record of accurate, sensitive assessments and person‑centred support plans.
* Strong communicator and negotiator, able to build relationships and manage challenges with confidence and empathy.
* Solid understanding of legislation, safeguarding responsibilities, and best practice in adult social care.
* Comfortable with IT, ensuring clear, accurate case records and using digital systems to enhance the way we work.
