A s a critical part of the Operations E&U Team, the Implementation Analyst is res ponsible for supporting the rollout of new systems and processes, focusing on data analysis, process mapping, and training to ensure successful adoption. This role reports directly to the Implementation Team Manager. This role is a p ermanent position. Contracted hours will be 3 7.5 per week ; Monday to Friday, however, flexibility will be to meet the needs of the business. Hybrid working will apply, with an expectation of working a minimum of 2 days a week from head office (Worksop ). Closing date: 5pm on Tuesday 7 th October 2025 What do you need? A full understanding and significant experience of working within the universal agent operating model. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and support others through change. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a focus on practical problem-solving. Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to team goals. Proven track record in the clients operating model across multiple industries. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to undertake training relevant to the role, including consulting and communication skills. Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities. Willingness and ability to travel nationally and overseas as. 4 to 6 years’ experience in the relevant field/industry years’ experience. Experience with data analysis tools or reporting platforms are advantageous. Exposure to transformation programmes or system implementations. Familiarity with documentation and process mapping tools. What will you be doing ? Support the implementation team by analysing data and processes related to the client's model. Assist in documenting new procedures, workflows, and training materials. Provide operational support during system changes, migrations, and training rollouts. Monitor and report on adoption metrics, identifying areas for improvement or additional support. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent understanding and application of client processes. Participate and deliver in workshops, feedback sessions, and testing activities to support continuous improvement. Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to support change initiatives. Maintain a proactive approach to learning and development, including training in consulting, communication, and transformation tools. Adherence to company targets and KPIs.
