This is a part-time, on-site role for an Office Administrator in Haverfordwest. Day-to-day responsibilities include answering customer calls and emails. Liaising with the factory to action requests and respond to queries. Daily tasks include, answering phone calls, responding to emails, printing off orders, processing customer invoices along with general office duties.
A good telephone manner, along with solid numeracy skills, is required, with computer literacy and accounting knowledge a distinct advantage.
Would be required to cover holidays and sickness within the department.
All training provided.
14-16 hours per week (Thurs & Fri) guaranteed, with the possibility of more hours when required.
