Vacancy 1 - Retail Assistant – Aroma Cart at Rotunda Entrance
Hours: 22.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 12.30pm
Vacancy 2 Retail Assistant – Aroma Cairngorm Cafe
Hours: 9 hours per week over Saturday & Sunday, 4.5 hours per day, covering any of the following shifts: either 8.00-12.30, 8.30-13.00, 10.30-15.00, or 15.00-19.30, on a 4-week rota.
We are looking for someone to assist the organisation in providing patients, staff and visitors with a high quality, customer focused and safe retail beverage and foodservice, by contributing to the operation and cleanliness of the Retail Units and their associated equipment whilst ensuring high levels of food safety, service and customer satisfaction.
To apply for this post, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Previous experience working face to face with the public in a busy, fast paced customer-service centred role which meets the customer expectations.
* Experience Of Barista-style Food And Drink Service.
* Retail, food & beverage service knowledge acquired through training and experience.
* Ability to undertake & retain knowledge through induction & on-the-job training relating to HACCP, food safety, customer service and health & safety
* Customer service focused with good communication skills & attention to detail.
* Numerate, literate & practical with the ability to use initiative.
* Basic IT skills.
* Working knowledge of EPOS tills, contactless payment transactions & previous cash handling experience.
* Health & safety conscious.
* Calm, pleasant disposition.
* Person-centred with a genuine interest in working with the public.
* The ability to work well under pressure.
* The ability to follow clear instructions.
