Multi-Site Sales Advisor – Join the UK’s No.1 Fitness Retailer
Ready to take your sales career on the road? At Fitness Supervisor, we’re looking for a confident, energetic Multi-Site Sales Advisor to represent our brand across several of our key stores – primarily Newcastle, Sheffield, Manchester, and Northampton – as well as pop-up shops and trade shows. You’ll be the face of our business, helping customers choose the right fitness equipment to transform their goals into reality.
This is a role for someone who loves variety, enjoys travelling, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. And with a base salary of £28,000 plus an uncapped discretionary bonus scheme from day one, you could be earning around £500 extra per month.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience across multiple locations. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing a first-class in-store experience for every customer
* Selling premium fitness equipment face-to-face, over the phone, and via Live Chat
* Understanding customer needs and recommending the right products
* Demonstrating equipment and explaining features clearly and confidently
* Working 40 hours per week across 5 days (rota and store locations provided monthly)
* Supporting stores across England when required, including some weekends and Bank Holidays
* Travelling regularly as part of your role
What we’re looking for
You’ll be a great fit if you bring:
* A confident, proactive approach to customer interaction
* Previous sales experience (ideal but not essential)
* Strong upselling and cross-selling skills
* Motivation to hit and exceed monthly targets
* A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
* Good numeracy and communication skills
* Comfortable with regular travel across England
