What can you expect: The DC Investment Operations & Governance Consultant will be responsible for the oversight of investment operations and delivery for Mercer’s delegated DC investment solution, Mercer Workplace Savings Ensuring the investment strategy is efficiently implemented and meeting its stated investment objectives Act as lead contact for insurance platform partner providers who provide the investment platform for the delegated fund solution, ensuring any issues are swiftly escalated as necessary Includes development and ownership of investment operational policies, ranging from fund launches to performance monitoring Reporting and legal activities in relation to our platform providers and investment management business Client facing duties, including attendance at client meetings and potential for new business pitches The role will require engagement with internal Finance functions to ensure that the pricing strategy is aligned with the business plan Pro-active and timely identification of, and response to, operational enquiries and issue Responsibility for delivering agreed actions as a result of operational reviews Leading the day to day oversight of the in-house and external asset managers Ensure the availability and accuracy of data required for client reporting, internal financial reporting and RFP purposes What’s in it for you?
