We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established Mazda dealership for a Part-Time Aftersales Administrator / Service Advisor to join their busy Aftersales team. This role involves working closely with the workshop, making and receiving service booking calls, handling customer enquiries and delivering a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment. This position would suit someone with motor trade experience, a passion for cars, and a strong customer-focused approach. You must be confident using computer systems, able to switch quickly between platforms, and have a professional and personable telephone manner.
