Maintain clear records and communicate progress to parents and leaders. Person specification Qualified teacher with proven Year 3 or lower-KS2 experience. Strong knowledge of curriculum requirements and confident classroom practice. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and families.
