The opportunity
We’re expanding our Criminal Law Team and looking for an experienced, ambitious Senior Associate or Partner to be part of this exciting growth phase.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing a complex and varied caseload with minimal supervision
* Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers
* Building strong, trusted client relationships
* Contributing to strategic team discussions and knowledge sharing
* Leading business development initiatives and helping grow the team’s profile
* Advocating in Magistrates and appropriate Crown Court hearings
* Representing clients at the police station and PACE interviews
* Travelling as required for hearings, client meetings, and multi-office collaboration
What We’re Looking For
Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with robust criminal and/or regulatory experience
Higher Rights of Audience (essential)
Strong advocacy experience, both Magistrates + Crown Court
Experience supervising and developing others
Skilled in BD and marketing initiatives
Excellent communicator with strong drafting and organisational skills
Able to travel for client needs, including courts, police stations & prisons
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
