Full-Time | 37 hours per week 3-Month Temporary Contract ( could become perminant for the right candidate) Start Date: 5th May 2026 We are currently recruiting for an experienced NLPG / LLPG Custodian to support the maintenance and management of Local Land and Property Gazetteer (LLPG) data within a busy local government environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong experience in address data management, national gazetteer standards, and working with property intelligence systems. The Role Maintain the gazetteer in line with BS7666 standards and GeoPlace Data Entry Conventions (DEC-NLPG v3.2) Input and update new and amended data within the LLPG/LSG Submit daily updates to the national hub Investigate and resolve data discrepancies raised by the national hub Process incoming data from the hub and ensure accuracy Maintain high-quality addressing and property intelligence records Resolve internal discrepancies relating to property descriptions and addressing Review and incorporate updates from the Valuation Office Agency (VOA) Issue daily address updates to the Electoral Register in line with CORE requirements Liaise with internal teams and external agencies on addressing data for corporate projects Key Requirements Proven experience working with LLPG / NLPG data Strong knowledge of BS7666 and GeoPlace standards High level of accuracy and attention to detail Experience resolving data discrepancies and maintaining data quality Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement Working Pattern Monday to Thursday: 8:30am 5:00pm Friday: 8:30am 4:30pm Hybrid working available (12 days in the office, subject to agreement) Whats on Offer Competitive rate of £25 per hour Hybrid flexibility Immediate start available Opportunity to work within a collaborative local authority setting If you have the relevant experience and are available for an immediate start, wed love to hear from you.
