Job Role: Marketing Coordinator
We are recruiting for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The role requires previous marketing experience, with the ability to manage campaigns and promotions while ensuring compliance and social responsibility.
Main Functions of the Job
* Provide excellent customer service to all guests and visitors to ensure the Metropolitan Gaming experience is maintained.
* Participate in training and development to take on multiple marketing roles as required.
* Execute marketing strategies, oversee campaigns, and maintain brand consistency across all channels.
* Manage marketing projects from conception to completion.
* Develop and implement marketing plans, coordinate events, and analyze performance metrics.
* Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies.
* Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and respond to customer inquiries.
* Ensure compliance with legislation, advertising regulations, and data protection requirements.
* Undertake regular training and report concerns to line management.
