Senior Supply Chain Manager
Location: Hybrid - Requirement to be on site in the HQ (North London) Mon & Tues with 1 further day onsite at the 3PL
IMPACT EVOLVE is proud to support a high growth DTC brand in search for a driven and dynamic Senior Supply Chain Manager.
Working closely with the directors, the Senior Supply Chain Manager will ensure performance excellence, maintain stock integrity, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. This is an opportunity to take charge of an integral part of the business, working alongside an ambitious team to drive commercial growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* 3PL Oversight: Manage the 3PL partnership, ensuring KPIs and service agreements are met or exceeded.
* Stock Management: Safeguard stock worth £5m+ with accurate tracking, insightful reporting and robust processes.
* Supply & Demand Planning: Anticipate challenges, plan capacity, and optimise operations for efficiency. Create forecasts inline with merchandising & finance plans.
* Leadership: Provide leadership to the supply chain team and work collaboratively across the senior leadership structure.
* Continuous Improvement: Drive cost savings and operational enhancements.
* Collaboration: Work with other departments to align operations with business goals.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
* Strong leadership in logistics and warehouse operations.
* A strategic mindset with a focus on cost control and operational efficiency.
* Expert supply & demand planning skills.
