English Teacher – Wellington, SomersetFull-Time | Immediate or September Start | Teaching Personnel
Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a welcoming secondary school in the Wellington, Somerset area to recruit a passionate and dedicated English Teacher.
This is an exciting opportunity for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join a supportive English department and inspire students to develop their confidence and skills in reading, writing, and analysis.
The role:
* Deliver engaging English lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)
* Plan, prepare, and assess work in line with the national curriculum
* Support students of all abilities to achieve their full potential
* Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
The ideal candidate will:
* Hold QTS (or equivalent recognised teaching qualification)
* Have experience teaching English at secondary level
* Demonstrate strong classroom management skills
* Be passionate about English and committed to student progress
