Little Elms is a family run business where people really matter, feel valued and have a voice. Whilst all of our nurseries provide exceptional levels of quality care and education, they are all completely unique! Our Catford Green nursery are looking for Nursery Assistants and Nursery Nurses to work as bank staff covering shifts working on a zero hours contract.

The ideal candidate must have:

* A full & relevant Level 2 or above qualification in Early Years
* Experience working in a nursery
* An interest in working with young children (from 0-5 years)
* Team player
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
* Ability to use initiative
* A passion for the Early Years

Key Responsibilities

Ensuring all areas of the EYFS and Statutory Framework are met at all times.Ensuring Safeguarding/Child Protection Policies and Procedures are implemented.Provide a safe and stimulating environment for the children, taking children’s individual needs intoconsideration.Ensuring the nursery offers an environment which reflects the cultural diversity of all children.Follow Observation, Planning and Assessment Framework within the Little Elms Group.Reflect on daily practise and identify areas for continuous improvement.Build and maintain effective partnerships with parents.
