We are currently Established Firm of Accountants & Business Advisors who are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team. Fully Office Based Monday – Friday with some flexibility on hours worked.

Key Duties:
5. First Point of Contact for Payroll Service Clients
6. Prepare / Process / Maintain & Submit Accurate Payroll Information & Records
7. Data Entry for all Personnel Transactions such as New Hires / Terminations / Leave of Absence / Benefits Deductions etc
8. Calculating / Processing Deductions including PAYE / Tax / NI / SSP
9. Research & Resolve Problems
10. Raise Fee Notes to Clients
11. Prepare & Maintain Ad Hoc Reports
Profile:
12. Good Working Knowledge of Practical Payroll Matters & Current HMRC Legislation including RTI
13. Sage experience needed
14. Ideally have worked within a Practice Environment or dealt with Multiple Payrolls
15. Strong Communication & IT Skills
16. Willing to work part of a team
