Fit-Out Project Manager – Deanestor Scotland Limited
Location: Hybrid – Suite 1 Buchan House, Carnegie Campus, Enterprise Way, KY11 8GR
Salary: £38,000 – £42,000 per annum (negotiable, based on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Deanestor Scotland Limited, part of the Deanestor Group, is the UK’s leading manufacturer, supplier, and installer of high-quality fitted furniture and equipment (FF&E). We support major construction projects across the healthcare, education, and residential sectors by delivering tailored, high-quality solutions. Due to continued growth and recent project successes, we are looking for an experienced and driven Fit-Out Project Manager to join our expanding Projects Department.
About the Role
As a Fit-Out Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle of FF&E fit-out schemes, from planning and procurement to installation and handover. You will ensure each project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver FF&E fit-out projects for both new builds and refurbishments.
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
* Coordinate with clients, internal teams, suppliers, and contractors.
* Track and report on project progress, risks, and deliverables.
* Provide technical guidance to ensure client specifications are met.
* Maintain Health & Safety compliance, including preparing RAMS.
* Support the commercial team in managing budgets and controlling costs.
* Attend site meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
* Experience in FF&E fit-out project delivery in healthcare, education, laboratories, student accommodation, or kitchen sectors.
* Strong technical knowledge of construction and fit-out processes.
* Valid CSCS card (Black preferred).
* SMSTS or equivalent Health & Safety qualification.
* Flexibility to travel to project sites when required.
